Dr Lauren Saltzburg

Lauren Saltzburg D.O. MBA MA

Medical Director & Founder

Dr. Saltzburg is a board-certified physician specializing in Hair Restoration and Cosmetic Medicine for men and women of all skin types. She began her career as a pediatric neurology nurse at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and later earned her D.O., MBA in Healthcare Administration, and Master’s in Biomedical Ethics at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine—the only trainee to complete this triple-degree program.

Now practicing full-time as a Hair Transplant Surgeon, Dr. Saltzburg also leads advancements in non-surgical hair restoration, including regenerative medicine hair growth treatments. As a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and nationwide speaker for Sciton, Inc., she trains medical professionals on cutting-edge laser resurfacing technologies and is a recognized expert in the injectables industry.

Dr. Saltzburg is an active member of the International Society for Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), conducting research on biologics, regenerative medicine, and postpartum hair loss solutions. She holds medical licenses in NJ, PA, NY, FL, and CA, allowing her to treat patients across the U.S. and deliver advanced training nationally.

In addition to her practice, Dr. Saltzburg is passionate about furthering non-invasive treatments for skin and body health, specializing in laser resurfacing, sun damage correction, and innovative treatments for redness, wrinkles, and excessive sweating. Based in Boca Raton, FL and Philadelphia, PA remains deeply connected to her community, balancing her professional commitments with her personal love for tennis, MMA, and her two French bulldogs.

Tara Avidar is a licensed Medical Aesthetician and Laser Specialist with 18 years of clinical experience using all types of lasers and energy-based devices in aesthetic medicine.

Her passion for aesthetics stems from a deeply personal journey: during her formative years, she struggled with severe cystic acne that left her feeling frustrated and overlooked. Despite countless visits to doctors, trying medications, and exploring every possible solution, no one had the answers she needed.

This experience became the driving force behind her commitment to learning everything she could about skin health. Determined to help others who felt unheard or hopeless about their skin concerns, she dedicated her career to blending science, technology, and compassion in her practice.

Tara is an active member of the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery (ASLMS) where she has spent the past four years staying at the forefront of cutting-edge laser technologies and techniques. Through her membership, she continually advances her knowledge of the latest innovations in aesthetic medicine, ensuring her patients benefit from the most effective and proven treatments available. Her dedication to education and expertise allows her to deliver exceptional care and personalized solutions, setting a new standard for results-driven skincare.
