FINAL SALE POLICY
Due to the nature of our skincare products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final once shipped. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make it right if something arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing tara@theskinsciencecollective.com.
Include:

A photo of the damaged item or packaging
We will issue a replacement or store credit once reviewed.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization form along with a return label (if applicable). Return packages are issued only from the United States.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For all international orders, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure your order is correct with the product. In the low chance the product is found to be faulty or damaged, we will allow returns by the instructions above.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be found:

If it still can’t be located, please email us at tara@theskinsciencecollective.com within 7 business days of the delivery notice.
We’ll do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for stolen packages.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS
All product pages list full ingredients to help customers identify potential allergens. Please review them carefully before purchase.
We recommend performing a patch test before full use of any new product.
Refunds cannot be issued for allergic reactions.
